Refund and Return Policy
Overview
The LIACC Store offers institutional merchandise, including mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, notebooks, and other branded products. All orders are placed online through the LIACC website and shipped via CTT.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
We are committed to ensuring that all products are delivered in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or presents a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order;

Submit clear photographs showing the damage or defect;

Describe the issue encountered.
Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
LIACC Store does not accept returns or exchanges based on:

Incorrect size selection;

Personal preference;

Minor colour variations resulting from screen settings;

Normal wear and tear after use.
Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
LIACC reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped through CTT.
Estimated delivery time is up to 1 week (7 business days) from the date of order confirmation for deliveries within Portugal. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, postal service conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond LIACC’s control.
Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of both the packaging and the product before use.
If a package is lost during transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible. We will work with CTT to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
LIACC cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including postal service disruptions, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
Product Availability
While every effort is made to maintain accurate inventory information, product availability cannot always be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified and offered either:
